Written by Geoffrey Setiawan on September 14, 2019

Is that a line you hear often? Are you sick and tired of hearing that?

I was there too. I listened to everything my partner said, I understood everything, and I give responses that completely makes sense. I asked questions, made sure they have the stage, and made sure to make eye contact – but still – the complaint is that I was still a bad listener.

And once we learned this one technique, it transformed the way we communicate, and the way we listened for good. It really allows us to not only understand each other in a much deeper way, but also allowed my partner to feel completely heard and understood.
